Taiyaki

Ingredients: 

10 kg Mochi Foods Taiyaki mix

5 kg eggs

4.3 kg milk

1.57 kg soybean oil

Instructions:

1. Place the eggs, milk, and Mochi Foods Taiyaki mix into a mixing bowl.

2. Using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, mix on low speed for 1 minute. Then increase to high speed for another 3 minutes until no lumps remain. 

3. Add in the soybean oil and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.

4. Preheat the taiyaki machine to 95-100C. 

5. Pour a small amount of batter onto the mold on one side. When tiny bubbles rise to the surface, add in your filling of choice. Then pour batter onto the other side of the mold, and close the lid once the bubbles rise up. Cook until golden brown.
